Key Features

  • Pneumatic Suspension System The seat uses a self-leveling air suspension system with an effective operator weight range of 50kg to 150kg.
  • Integrated 3-Point Seat Belt System A three-point seat belt is integrated directly into the seat structure for enhanced safety.
  • Integrated Pneumatic System (IPS) This dual-stage air lumbar support system includes both lumbar and lateral (side bolster) support, which can be adjusted to fit the driver’s body contour.
  • Height Adjustment The seat offers approximately 110mm of pneumatic height adjustment with a memory function.
  • Adjustable Vertical Shock Absorber The firmness of the vertical suspension can be adjusted using a control knob to adapt to varying road conditions.
  • Horizontal Adjustment Provides a large 230mm range of fore/aft (horizontal) adjustment.
  • Cushion Adjustments The driver can adjust both the cushion tilt (angle) and the cushion length (forward/backward slide).
  • Backrest Adjustments
    • Backrest Angle Adjustment The recline angle of the backrest can be adjusted.
    • Shoulder Adjustment An adjustable shoulder support position helps ensure correct posture and comfort.
  • Suspension Quick Release A lever is provided to quickly “air out” the suspension (lower the seat completely) for easier entry and exit from the vehicle.
  • Integrated Head Restraint The high backrest design includes an integrated head restraint.
  • Materials The seat is typically trimmed in durable, breathable charcoal cloth.
  • Controls The controls are available in either left-hand or right-hand configurations to suit different vehicle types.

The primary difference from the “Pro” version of the seat is the absence of a horizontal isolator, which is a separate feature that allows the entire seat assembly to “float” fore and aft to minimize “back-slap” or horizontal shocks in rough conditions. The standard 6860/875 only has the standard horizontal adjustment (sliding rails).
